Since this day, many pastry chefs had and continue to have fun with this recipe, like Pierre Hermé or Cédric Grolet. Today, you can come and learn how to bake your 2020 version macarons !
During this interactive cooking lesson, you will be hands-on in the kitchen. Equipped with an apron and all the utensils you need, you will learn how to make your own macarons step by step, also picking the flavor of your choice !
We are professional chefs creating French culinary experiences. Our passion comes from our families and our precision from the chefs we have met. We crafted this hands-on, intimate experience for 6 to 8 attendees. Our fully equipped workshop.

It was great as a small group. Our instructor took us through all the steps and assisted each of us along the way. We helped each other out as needed. It was a great class and the macrons were great.

I took the macaron making class with my elementary aged son and it was a lot of fun! The instructor was great and the cookies turned out so well. Honestly the best macarons I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend.

This was the highlight of a first time trip to Paris with my niece! Everything was so well organized. The venue is in a perfect location and very pretty. We loved having many options on how to make our macarons and of course with the chef's instruction, they turned out beautifully. Our group was only 6 and it was fun to talk to the other 4 people. I've been to Paris mant ti.es but this was new for my niece. The experienced completely enhanced her view of the city and its people. Best of all, we feel we can make them at home now!

The traffic to the school was incredible, instead of the 25 Uber ride we anticipated; it was at least 60 minutes and we were 30 minutes late to the class
The staff was so gracious and kind
