After experiencing the same trip 6 years ago we were keen to recreate what was an amazing experience. We should have kept the memory of that time. From inattentive waiting staff to bland food it just continued to be one disappointment after the other. For the cost, which has obviously increased since that time, it was very unexciting.
We, in essence had to serve ourselves, ask for items such as bread rolls (which were delivered with no butter). Long gone was the memory of the team chatting with you, striking up a short lived relationship, but one just the same. Once you were served they were gone. The only memory to take away was the live music, the pianist and violinist were beautiful. The different genres of music played was impressive and the boat really participated, singing or clapping.
Overall very disappointing. There are many other options for a sightseeing cruise or other alternatives to the mode of transport to see the city so shop around.

The whole vibe from beginning to end was amazing. I highly recommend this dinner cruise. The food was awesome , the music was great and the views were wonderful

It was so incredible and fun! Great service and food. I do wish they had told us we could go to the roof to watch. We did not figure it out until half way. You need to go to see the big sites, especially the tier when it sparkles. The live music was a fantastic touch. We will do it again.

Great view of the main attractions but the service was poor in certain areas. Paid extra to be near the window (great idea) but us and 3 other tables near us waited long periods between courses and had to ask for things others had already eaten. 2 tables were still eating their main meal whilst docking to disembark. Not good enough for the cost.

This was an expensive ($360) two hour float on the Seine river . The food and service were mediocre at best. We don’t drink wine or champagne and had to pay extra to get more than one small soda while other guests were offered a full bottle of champagne or wine. Our empty plates were left in front of us for 20 to 30 minutes. The violin player and the Eiffel Tower lights were the only highlights of the 3 hour cruise.
