Purchased 2-day ticket … arrived Paris Tuesday afternoon; light rain … around 4 pm headed for Louvre area; couldn’t find river cruise landing; no one we approached knew … tried to contact aviator, but no response …finally stood on bridge and noticed one landing, by the time we got to landing we missed the boat … as it was 6:00 pm and the cruises would stop we left … next day we returned, but Viator indicated 2-day pass was completed, tickets unavailable … service not provided … refund request denied

Was not a tour but rather a reasonably priced river taxi. They called out the stops but that was about it. Comfortable way to view the major sites of Paris along the Seine.

There’s no audio so much of the understanding of what you really see is lost. Also no way to get out of the sun! But still glad I went!

The meeting place to start our trip was not made clear to us and the pick up point closest to us was closed and we were not told of it's closure. The phone number we called for the tour operator didn't help.

The boat tour gave views of Paris from both sides and was an amazing way to visit all the sites. without hassle. Great form of transportation to and from all major sites.

We strongly advise against using this website. Despite making a provisional booking for a tour to the Louvre, they charged our credit card €79.80 without our authorization, two days prior to the scheduled tour. Upon discovering that the tour only costs €17 per person, we attempted to cancel over 24 hours in advance, but received no response from the company, even via WhatsApp, which appeared to be a Turkish number. As they have refused to issue a refund, we have been compelled to initiate a dispute via PayPal. This behavior is deceptive and does not reflect a reputable service.

The station was closed up with no notice or directions. We weren’t sure what to do so we walked in the heat to the next station. Once on the boat the views were lovely but there was no “tour guide.” The operator just called out the stops. It was unbearably hot with no protection from the sun.

A great way to see landmarks in Paris and a very reasonable price. It’s not a tour but a river boat bus so you can get on and off at designated stops whenever you like for the day.
