We were on an overly crowded boat and the top deck was closed. The views from inside were less than spectacular as we could only see the boats and graffiti covered concrete walls lining the river. It was impossible to see the landmarks being described by the narrator.

For the price it was okay but due to high water they had to turn around early. Pretty dissappointing

A very nice relaxed experience. We sat up top and had a great view of everything. Note chairs are more comfortable inside, as outside is just a bench. the boat offers you a QR code to scan for an audio companion or you can just listen to the occasional broadcasts from the boat about points of interest. For us it was a value to sit a while as we’ve been walking non stop. Boat was clean and had rest rooms aboard. Easy to use digital tickets that scan right off your phone.

Don’t bother; the queues are insane and the boat is closed off except for a few seats on the roof and around the edges; some of the sliding doors also couldn’t open - (however your ticket is valid for a month from date of booking so if you want to go with this option, book for your first day in Paris so that you have options) - even cruises are the busiest time so suggest morning.
Cruise goes extremely fast via the main sights; live commentary is very average; most of the handsets were broken and the audio on the few that worked kept breaking up. Staff not that helpful - sort of just shrugged when we told them the handsets didn’t work and they blamed it on guests pulling on the wires.
There are many other options along the Seine that have no queues, much more rooftop seating and outdoor seating downstairs.

The Seine River cruise was enjoyable. However, we had to wait 45 minutes in line in order to take it. Purchasing ahead of time isn't much help.

Horrible experience!!!
We had prebooked tickets, but still had to wait in a single very long queue. Safety check was a joke.
We were driven onto the pontoon like cattle and had to wait there for over half an hour.
Once the boat docked people squeezed aboard and our son was almost crushed.
Once aboard people were standing in our view because the boat was overcrowded, so you couldn’t see a thing.
And finally, all toilets aboard were closed because of defects.
DON’T DO IT!!!

Couldn’t make it, because of 2 hour queue, don’t recommend it at all. Maybe in a cruise with dinner your spot will be reserved. Otherwise don’t recommend a regular boat tour.

We booked online expecting to be able to get on a boat pretty quickly. When we arrived the que was all the way to the bridge. Looked like 2 hour wait with small kids was not going to work. Couldn't go on the boat and no way to get your money back. Better if not buying online but seeing what the que is like.

We spent E47 on tickets, when we showed up it was an hour queue, (we asked people at the top how long it took them), we didn't queue, I've never seen anything like this when you buy tickets for something in advance. Very badly managed. A lot of tired and miserable families in the queue.
No refund either.

The staff checking the tickets in the line were really friendly and lovely and the whole cruise had such a relaxed atmosphere. Everybody was very chilled and this made the trip so enjoyable
