Really impressed with the coach journey both ways and the really friendly guides. The river was high, so the boat trip was modified but still enjoyable. I would definitely use this company again.

We enjoyed the day but the reason we booked this package was because we had young children, youngest being 4 and thought comfort and convenience of coach transfer over using much cheaper rail was best. The coach going to Paris took 2 hours due to traffic and it had no air con on a day it was 24 degrees outside. The toilet was full of excrement and my 9 year old was in agony near Paris for toilet. Coming back was better and boat trip was good hence 3 stars but we should have used rail in hindsight.

We had a day trip 16th May, from start to finish the day was fantastic the cruise was sensational and the tour operators were excellent very polite and made sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend

Magic Ways need to clarfy difference between pick up location and departure points. Our hotel was pick up location, but when they hadn't arrived, our hotel rang them and were told they dont pick up there. Not on time setting off and wouldn't drop us off at pick up location on return. We had to make our own way back to our hotel after a long day in Paris. Check the Seine cruise time before you book Eiffel Tower entry.

What the itinerary was
1. Immediate cruise no priority boarding.
2. Then back by eiffle tower for 6 hours.
If we had known there was duch extended times we wouldn’t have bothered.

Wonderful trip. I wanted a stress free trip from our hotel at Disney and that is what I got. Recommend it, especially if you have little ones.

Absolutely terrible,this company took the money for our tickets,but failed to pick us up and are now refusing to refund us. we have an open dispute with them
