A very dissapointing experience... First of all, there is no air conditioning and with the temperature outside close to 40 degrees centigrade, you can imagine what it felt like. Well, they do use fans.... Food selection very poor, the fruit fridge almost empty (only some bananas left) and even the rolls were not fresh. Well, on the positive side I must say there are plenty of comfortable seats and good wi-fi. I had a business class ticket, so the entry to the lounge was included, but I cannot see why anyone obliged to pay would be willing to use the lounge.

This lounge bills itself as welcoming all travelers. It does not welcome star alliance gold travelers traveling on Thai or travelers with a Priority Pass card. They have almost no visitors so not sure how they are managing. To offer a true world class experience they should rethink their policies.

As you know a lot of these lounges can be so small and so packed that it’s not even worth going this is very large and very open. Nice assortment of food and drinks. They have a Custom noodle station, salad bar and a sandwich bar as well as a hot bar.
Every seat has a charger for your phone or computer once again as far as these go a very nice lounge.

The Plaza Premium Lounge at 1st floor of Phnom Penh airport departure lounge opened two years ago early 2017.
It is spacious and comfortable.
However the quality of food and beverages has seriously deteriorated. Soft drinks are not classic anymore: 7up, Fanta and Pepsi (not light).
For the food it is worse. They used to have good pasta prepared in front of you; not anymore there is soup, chips, sandwiches which are not of good quality, dishes prepared... they are certainly making savings...disappointing.
For the confort of the chairs and to get water it’s just OK...but we miss the pasta!
There is wifi thus slow.
Separate toilets.
And you can get massage (not free of course).

It’s a lounge sufficient to do its job - good amount of space, reasonable amount of food for quick bites and alcohol is served.
Unfortunately there are two major things that are not so great - lighting and air conditioning. It is dark and hot! It was uncomfortable, could do better with their air conditioning.
No issues with bringing + 1 for Enrich Platinum / One World Emerald members.

When I arrived PNH (Phnom Penh International Airport) on a recent departure I found Plaza Premium very close to my departure gate. As the check in was quite crowded I was a little reluctant to even go in assuming it was quite crowded. I was surprised to find a very large, clean and comfortable lounge setting. Many different seats, a full dining set up with tables and a separate bar, drink tickets were allocated at check in. As it turns out this lounge offers massage and spa services as well. A great spot to kill time in an otherwise bleak airport.

Top lounge avec tout ce que l'on peut attendre d'un tel endroit. Nous y sommes entrés avec notre Priority Pass sans problème. Un excellent endroit pour attendre son vol....

Habe so manche Lounges besucht und muss sagen ,diese ist einer der besten Flughafenlounges weit und breit ! Großzügig angelegt nirgends ist enge ,man hat irgendwie Privatsphäre!
