It’s was very organized and quick. Got to my destination safely. When we arrived at the hospital there was a representative waiting but I did have to find him. But otherwise it was a very smooth and quick process after and would use this arrive again

Driver came late to picking us up at the airport. Not handicapped accessible. I bought a round trip ticket. Requested refund for return trip due to it not being handicapped accessible and the driver being over 20 minutes late to picking us up from the airport. We had to wait in the heat and no apologies given. They refuse to refund me my return ticket. I will have to escalate by calling my credit card company. They won’t honor their cancellation policy.

No one was waiting for us. Had to find the etransfers booth ourselves and then waited another 10 minutes to have someone lead us to a parking lot. Car was tiny. This same exact transfer is offered on etransfers's website for $25 cheaper. Viator refused to honor their "lowest price guarantee."

Our experience was good. After our delayed flight we easily found etranfers wearing navy blue shirts. Our names were not on the list for pickups so, gave them our confirmation number. We were told the drive is on their way. Within 10-15 minutes the driver was there. Our driver was very friendly and his vehicle was air conditioned so we could cool off immediately.

The young man who drove me to the airport was exceptional. He arrived early and went out of his way to communicate with me even though we spoke different languages.
