The option to rental are 2, 4 or 6 -hours just choose and coordinate the schedule with reservation team through messages
The navigation route will depend on the duration of the rental, for 2 hours you can navigate near the bay of Cancun, for 4 or 6 hours we can reach Isla Mujeres, snorkel and anchor on the most beautiful beach of the Playa Norte destination.
Please Note the 2 hours trip is just cruise on Cancun Bay, we don't go to Isla Mujeres and don’t snorkel, it’s just cruising

Amazing experience! Lovely boat, very clean and nice crew. They even let my uncle drive the boat haha! My only suggestion is that they should give an overview of the boat and where to find everything, boat rules, safety rules, itinerary of the sail, etc. before we take off. I was opening all doors looking for the bathroom and said, wait, we didn’t go over this.. oh! Food and boat decor were very nice.

This has been the worst experience that we’ve ever had with this company and we book with them over six times in the past the captain was rude. This crew was unattended. The toilet was not even bolted down to the ground for it to be because they were late picking us up, they attempted to cut our trip short due to their miss handling their schedule, please think before booking the university dropout with them . When asked for a partial refund, they pretended as though they didn’t speak English, and didn’t know what I was talking about

This was the excursion of a lifetime for our family of 10 on vacation here in MX, from the transportation from the hotel to the marina to the crew on the boat it was definitely the highlight of our trip! I can’t say enough about Reyli and the crew who went above and beyond to make sure all of us had everything we needed from drinks to food. What a beautiful time making family memories, you guys are amazing! Thank you Viator tours!

I would book this excursion every time I visit Cancun. The process onboarding and offboarding was an ease. The crew and staff made us feel comfortable the entire trip. The service while onboard was top tier. I wish I brought more cash to tip the crew!
