The Amalfi Coast Tour will begin with us picking you up from your hotel, we will leave in the direction of the Amalfi Drive.
The Amalfi Drive is a famous Winding road with breathtaking views of the beautiful stretch of coastline on the Mediterranean where we will stop in a number of places giving you opportunities to take memorable photos.The very famous vertical village, the jewel of the Amalfi Coast, thanks to its picturesque landscapes.
Our Private Driver Guide will take you to the heart of Positano, where you can stroll through the narrow streets to the main beach passing by stylish boutiques, outdoor cafes and restaurants.
Positano has been featured in several movies including the very famous ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’.
Also very well known for the Linen, Handmade Sandals & Ceramics.
The church of Santa Maria Assunta is also worth visiting which features a dome made of Majolica tiles as well as the thirteenth century Byzantine icon of a black Madonna.
Continuing on our Private Tour of the Amalfi Coast
Our Private Driver Guide will drive down towards Amalfi, you will pass through some of the popular fishing villages Praiano, Furore and Conca Dei Marini where the famous Grotta dello Smeraldo (The Emerald Grotto) can be found, we can make a stop if you wish so you can take a small boat ride to admire the dazzling emerald cave with its stalactites, stalagmites and submersed nativity scene.
Our Private Driver will take you to Amalfi where there will be a plaque that welcomes tourists which has a famous phrase written by Tuscan writer Renato Fucini which best describes the Amalfi town “ Il giorno del giudizio, per gli Amalfitani che andranno in paradiso, sará un giorno come tutti gli altri”

The main town of the Amalfi Coast lies at the mouth of a deep ravine, at the foot of Monte Cerreto surrounded by dramatic cliffs and coastal scenery. where you can take a relaxing walk in the main Square Pizza Duomo and visit the beautiful cathedral of St Andrew, Museo della Carta (Museum of handmade paper), the ancient dockyards, or simply try a delicious gelato and admire the view of the waterfront.
Continuing Our Private Day Tour of the Amalfi Coast to Ravello
We will pass through the Dragon Torrent Valley, named after a famous legend that here lived a terrifying dragon who breathed fire from his nostrils.

Without a doubt, we highly recommend Massimo (and this company) for your private car tours in Italy. Massimo was friendly, energetic and engaging while providing useful information along the way as we travelled in a luxury vehicle. The car was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Massimo’s driving skills were EXCELLENT. We had water waiting for us in the air conditioned car. Massimo provided tips to make our trip efficient and without missing a single highlight. This trip was truly a highlight of our Italy vacation.

An awe inspiring drive down the coast with our driver “Violin” was a highlight of our Amalfi visit. Leave the traffic navigation to an expert and sit back and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend!!

The narrow roads traversed. The beautiful vistas. Our driver, Guiseppe, aka Violin, drove like a pro, was very informative and very personable. Would ask for him agin.

One of the best experiences we enjoyed in Italy. Wonderful driver / human being / English speaker (Massimo) made us feel so welcome / informed / safe. Plus gorgeous route, fabulous recommendation for lunch and shopping and perfect timing to ensure we arrived before our cruise ship’s departure from Sorrento. We agree with this operator’s great reviews and strongly recommend it to other visitors

Using this company made our entire stay in Sorrento stress free and wonderful. The price for a private tour and transportation is not high. In fact I think our total cost was the same yet we did and saw twice as much as anyone else we spoke to. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Let them handle everything from the time you land until the time you leave. They were the best spent money hands down. Call them. Don't go through an agent. Trust me. You will spend the same money but be treated like royalty. Ask for the owner. He lives in Sorrento. Him and hid people knew everything. Saved us hours of time and the tour guides were dedicated to us and made for many wonderful experiences.

What an amazing day on our private Almafi coast tour. Guide Aaron was amazing. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, polite, and full of suggestions for best things to do at each stop. He knew the best stops for photos. Well worth the extra money to not fight the huge bus lines and to be able to ask many questions and have conversation with the driver.
