Highly recommend, our driver communicated prior to travel & was prompt & had a sign with our name on it. He didn’t speak English but communicated perfectly thru google translate. The van was beautiful & held all of our luggage. Seamless trip

Great experience. Driver sent text day before and text us when we landed and kept in touch with us until we had bags and were exiting. He was waiting with sign. Pleasant dry to our hotel.. Definitely would recommend especially after a long flight

Terrible experience. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a transfer.
Our driver did not meet us at the luggage area, and did not have a sign with our name on it. When we finally found him, he was driving a personal minivan, not the vehicle in the photo. He nodded off while driving us to our hotel, nearly resulting in a collision with a truck in the next lane. He shouted obscenities (in English) in front of our children. We reported these issues to the business and they never responded. Viator refused to issue a refund.

After a 14 hour flight and an hour plus wait to get to get through immigration it was so nice to be met at the airport and be taken directly to our hotel in a clean and comfortable vehicle.

Our driver (Jack) called us to let us know he was in baggage claim (near information booth). He waited for us to navigate Immigration and Customs. He held up a sign and talked us to his location. He was easy to find. He help load and unload our large suitcases. All of this was much appreciated after a 14-hr flight without much sleep.

Our driver was at the airport waiting for our arrival. He had a sign with our name visible for us which was a huge relief. We were also very impressed, he took our luggage, drove us over an hour to Tokyo and dropped us off in such a professional and courteous manner.

We got bumped from our flight which was a 16 hour flight. we attempted to notify the operator that we would not be arriving but to schedule us for the following day which was almost 40 hours later. they said we could not change the pickup. no refund. seemed absurd to me that they had plenty of time to notify their driver to not go to the airport and to reschedule. they obviously still did not notify their driver because I got a message from the driver asking where I was! Ridiculous.
