Our guide was excellent, so informative and patient to let us enjoy every detail of the tour. Upon my request she carried my camera and snapped pictures of my sister and me with the 2 little dogs, saving me the time of getting it in and out of the carrier. Cynthia Young was perfect for us, and she made us feel like family visiting and sightseeing with so much knowledge of the surrounding village and history. This was my first visit to Williamsburg and booking this tour, was a fantastic plus for the vacation time. She was able to give us a slower walk pace sometimes and did not rush us through the village. She gave me the link to the Compton oak at the edge of Market Square, so that I could locate it for my husband, when I got back home. She made time to explain the different materials used in the wreaths.

Bambi is a very vibrant and extremely knowledgeable tour guide. She communicates promptly and adjusted the time we had set with her so that we would not miss the Grand Illumination on the same night. She gave us a wonderfully description of the area focusing on the Holiday decorations. She answer all our questions nd even stopped by and took pictures of us when asked! Thank you!
