When you meet your driver who will help with your luggage and take you straight to Kansai international airport by comfortable vehicle. It got the job done and the car was nice. The driver was silent the whole time and no ask of A/C or music. According to my suggested route. She took a much much longer route than needed.

Our driver went above and beyond to help us since our air bnb was on a street too narrow for the van. The driver walked to our air bnb and helped us with our luggage. We enjoyed his service.

The driver used her phone during the drive. I believe she was texting and on social media. She had ear buds in and also spoke on the phone with someone while driving.
I think that she also missed a turn and we went a longer way. (I was in the front seat and could see the GPS screen). Fortunately, we had the time and did not miss our flight.
The car was clean and had plenty of room. If you get a different driver, the service is probably fine. I did not get the driver’s name.
The driver was clean and well dressed. She was basically on time (a couple of minutes late). She responded to a text to say she was on the way.
I tried to contact the operator to pass along my comments privately but they did not respond so I posted the review.

We had a private transport to the International Airport in Kyoto and the service was excellent. Our car arrived on time, very clean and comfortable. Our driver spoke English and was quite pleasant. The weather was terrible that morning with heavy rain but the driver was so careful and got us there safely. Highly recommend.

Smooth ride - didn't worry about quantity of luggage or navigating public transportation. It's really expensive but at the end, was worth it
