Your private chauffeur will meet you at your accommodation. They will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it. The driver will then assist you with your luggage and load it into the awaiting vehicle, that is no more than 3 years old. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late. Begin your smooth and comfortable transfer to the Dover Port as soon as you are situated in the vehicle.
Admire the England countryside as you cruise along the roads. Arrive at your cruise terminal Port in a timely manner. The driver will once more assist you with your luggage and bid you farewell as you board your cruise ship.

Driver met us at the appointed place with a sign. He got us to the Cruise area in pouring rain and rush hour traffic in teo hours. We so appreciate it!!

Even though we missed the phone message from our driver he still showed up on time at the designated sight. Clean pleasant vehicle. Great driver. And he made sure once we got to our destination that we arrived safely inside.

Imimtiad was wonderful! We got a call that he was having difficulty finding our hotel and suddenly he was there, only 7 minutes past pick up time. Drove us to the port of Southhampton; was very chatty and informative. Great driver!

Great drive from London hotel to Southampton Cruise port. Driver arrived on time and we arrived early to port. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable of area. We booked private Driver as there was treat of a strike with rail. This was definitely a stress free way to get to the port, thank you.

Our driver was amazing! The car was very clean with bottled water provided. The driver even stopped at a rest stop for a bathroom break for us! The ride was smooth, safe, and our driver was friendly and informative. Highly recommend this way of getting from London to Southampton. Door-to-door service, no stress!

Our driver was prompt, courteous, and helped us with our bags. As the initial box said we would be dropped off at the Dover cruise terminal, we were happy that it could be amended to be dropped off at our hotel. I would not recommend using Viator for transport from Heathrow to our hotel in London because our luggage was very late and we missed our driver, I would definitely use the private car option for transport from London to Dover, and would recommend it to others.
