Upon arrival to Katakolo, you will find our office in the port of Katakolo in a very convinient location. Our driver will be waiting outside of the office with a sign of your name. Transfer to our private vehicle and enjoy the ride to Ancient Olympia. Feel free to ask our driver for whatever assistance needed.

Once you arrive you will be able to take a tour into the ruins of the archaeological site and let your soul relax in mystic nature. There you can visit the place where the Olympic Flame is ignited every four years for the modern Olympic Games and discover the temple of Zeus, once the home of one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world

Our driver will pick you up and make a stop in the modern town of Olympia so you can take a stroll through if you want. You can find small shops with souvenirs and local products. You can have a snack or drink a greek coffee.

Stop At: Olympia Land Winery, Koskina 1 Ancient Olympia, Olympia 27065 Greece
We suggest a stop at the winery, always according to your desires. Tour to the vineyards in order to learn about the different varieties as well as the cultivation of those. The tour continues in the area of production and standardization where you can have the opportunity to become acquainted with a modern Family Winery which produces superior quality and reliable products. And finally wine tasting. Taste of four wines paired with a snack.

Stop At: Klio's Honey Farm, Ilidas, Olympia 27065 Greece
We also suggest a stop at the honey farm. Your visit to our farm will offer you Greek hospitality; a cool and refreshing break from the modern village of Olympia and off-the-beaten track into a garden filled with fruit trees and vegetables.
Sample the variety of spoon sweets and jams made from the fruit on the farm and preserved by the housekeepers as an age old tradition; recipes which have been passed on from mother to daughter for centuries.
Top off your visit with “diples”, a traditional sweet with honey. Mrs Roula, herself, will prepare them before you as she unfolds the dough and the secrets of this mouth-watering dessert.
Honey and bee products which have followed man through history have been and are used for nutrition, medicine and cosmetics. Discover how the beehive produces royal jelly, wax and venom. Also, how the bee collects nectar, pollen and propolis.

Paul was a wonderful driver for our tour.
He was ver personable and geared the tour to our likes.
The ruins, the olive oil farm, and the honey farm were all great.
Would have helped if driver used What’s App for communicating pick up locations, etc. but it still was 5 star!

Unfortunately our cruise ship could not stop at the port due to high winds. I contacted the tour operator and they were very understanding. The refunded my money right away. I hope the next time I go to Greece get to go to Olympia. Great people, understating and honest. I recommend this tour operator and the tours they offer. Thank you

Tour was changed due to the weather, but we enjoyed lunch at the winery. We were able to buy honey in town.

Great driver and very comfortable car. Exploring the well-preserved ruins was like stepping back in time, and the Olympia Archaeological Museum added another layer of fascination with its valuable artifacts.
The cultural immersion at the winery was a delightful surprise. Sampling Famous Greek fine wines made us appreciate the Mediterranean's culinary heritage.

Easy to locate pick up point as driver had card with our name on. Car was comfortable and air conditioned. We had originally included winery but suggested to Yanis (our driver) that we would like to go to olive farm instead. He was happy to accomodate and gave us other options to consider within the timeframe as well.
Yanis was excellent, spoke reasonable English and shared his local knowledge with us. Drop off and pick up at Olympia were easy and Yanis was happy to fit in with the time we wanted etc. Visit to both the bee farm and olive farm were very good and well worth visiting and made nice contrast to Olympia.

It was so great to have a private drive to the Olympic ruins and museum, bee farm and distillery. We had been on many bus excursions that were crowded and we enjoyed nice easy drive.

Great excursion! Driver was timely and informative. Ancient Olympia is a must see. The site is well signed in several languages but also has a downloadable app, which provides a rich history of the site.

Although our driver was very friendly, he was not very knowledgeable about the history of the locations that we visited. Just a fair warning, this is essentially a private uber to take you between sites. Also, the bee farm was an additional cost that was not clear when booking the excursion. We didn't get to attend the winery, so I'm not sure if that was also an additional cost.
