My experience was terrible. No one came inside to pick me up from the airport with the sign. I had to go with my luggage and meet him in the pick up area of the airport. He wasn’t standing outside with the sign. They are either and his car smelled my return pick up was not good either, I had to call to confirm the time I would be picked up from the hotel. The guy was on time, but he wasn’t standing outside with the sign with my name on it either. I had to call and see where he was and walk to his car .

Our driver was Charles - friendly, polite and has patience. Our flight was cancelled twice and he was still available to drop us off in time at the airport. Thank you Charles. I recommend using Viator for your tours and transportation services. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years and never had any issues.

Great shuttle with wonderful driver. Timely and professional. Will use Viator again for sure. HELP WITH LUGGAGE WAS AWESIME. Cheaper than an Uber.

Our flight was 20 minutes late getting in and our driver left with another group, we waited 30 minutes and he never returned. Decided to get taxi.

Charles our driver was very professional and told us he has been a resident of Vegas for years. Told us about he has seen major changes in Vegas. He was in time as well and met us a baggage claim as stated on the contract. I will use their service again.

This service was superb! Mr. Charles was our driver, we booked for round trip transportation to and from the airport. Upon picking us up from the airport and taking us to our hotel, I had to make an emergency stop (less than 5 minutes) that was no problem for Mr. Charles’s schedule. We also booked him to take us a few places (off the strip) while on our 4 day vacation in Las Vegas. Awesome customer service! Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!
