It was fine once we got in a car, but we waited a very long time, and then were ushered out of the area of people waiting for private cars, and then told we were on the list for a shared ride. I showed our printed voucher for a private suv, was told we were listed as shared, and then walked back to the area where folks were waiting for private rides. While it all worked out in the end, and the driver was very nice, it was an incredibly unfortunate wait for a clerical error.

Our driver was pleasant and knowledgeable about Turks and Caicos. His vehicle was clean and there were no issues to getting us to our resort while giving us an informal tour.

They were available immediately for pickup at the airport and as arranged 24 hours prior to departure. Second driver was more personable but all in all a good experience.

This is a scam. Do not book. They showed up very late and refused any amount of refund. The number provided to book the return to the airport did not work. Do not use this service. The taxi stand is faster, probably safer, and a fraction of the price. Please be careful using this if you have tired kids. It was a disaster.

Thankful for the fastpass agent as it was crowded and we did not find anyone that had our name on a card. Took a little while and our plane had been delayed. Driver was quiet and delivered us to our location.

The driver was very unfriendly and had no idea how to load the car with suitcases. She was refusing to put the third row of seats down and was screaming at the porter!
It wasn’t our usual experience!
