3. 6 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
4. 2 hour before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
5. Meet your driver in the pick up location.
6. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.

I had an amazing experience with this company.
Alejandro was our driver on the way into the city and he was on time, a good driver, and picked us up right up front and dropped us off right infront of our hotel. He was very polite and friendly as well.
On the way back to the hotel, we had driver Li. He was also a very good driver, on time, and also waited around 10 minutes for us which we really appreciate.
Both drivers had clean vehicles that were comfortable and spacious enough for my guest and 1. They also both helped with luggage which was very nice of them.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this service for people visiting NYC. I know the city transportation can be hectic and a lot to coordinate the day of so I would recommend setting this up in advance and having a reliable service!

Ask for a sedan and it was a minivan, which made it difficult for my wife to get into. While the driver was nice, his seatbelts didn’t work in his car, one was even covered up so you couldn’t hook it up. It’s clear you don’t do much of a pre-inspection of the vehicles that are used.

The driver that picked us up at the airport didn’t want to drop us off at the hotel entrance, he wanted us to cross the avenues at Times Square with the baggage.
The driver that took us to the airport was very friendly and accessible.
