Transportation on time, clean and with a nice drink offered for the ride. Hector on the return trip had the air conditioning going, charging cords available, water in your cup holder and easy to talk to you during the trip to the airport.

It was a very efficient and smooth process with Cabo Airport Shuttle. They offer a much better pricing compared to the resort's transportation fees. We also booked directly on their website with a promo code CABO2024 and got a 5% discount. The pickup and drop off instructions were pretty streamlined. My only complaint is that there was neither any beer nor any bottled water offered during our rides like it is advertised on their website as being included.

We used Cabo Airport Shuttle and were very pleased with the service. The communication we received before arrival at airport and before departure from our VRBO was timely and very helpful. There are so many taxis, shuttles, etc as you leave the airport, it is great that you can find them easily in their black pants and green shirts. The drivers were very professional and friendly and had cold drinks available, which was much appreciated after a long flight! If we get back to Cabo in the future, we would use them again.

We had a great experience with them. They were prepared for our arrival and gave us detailed instructions on where to go. We waited a little for our suburban but the driver loaded up our luggage quickly and had ice cold beers (or water) ready for us. We had 6 ppl and it was a tight fit because a few of our people were over packers--but it fit 6 adults, 7 full sized luggage, & 3 carryon size luggage.
Pick up was even more of a breeze. They were on time, early even and sent a larger vehicle (thank you!). The driver put on good music and took us on a detour route to avoid the traffic that was taking place that day. Dropped off at the airport, unloaded our luggage and we were set. Would recommend this service provider. So easy!

Excellent driver. Valentin was a pleasure to ride with. I did how ever leave a black water bottle in the van. If you happen to retrieve it and maybe on my return to airport I could pick it up.

Your company did an outstanding job with picking us up from the airport, as well as picking us up from our resort and taking us back to the airport! Both drivers were very polite and on time! Sure that we were comfortable in the car and helped us at the airport both ways! Definitely use your company services again if we were in the Cabo area!
