Driver contacted us upon landing, met us just outside baggage, and it was a short walk to car. Samir also shared information on landmarks during our drive. Excellent service!

Reliable and accommodating service. Our driver knew the flight was delayed, but was there when we landed. He had to wait for a long luggage retrieval for us but was patient and accommodating for us. We are a family of five and the van was large enough for all and our luggage.
Would recommend.

Driver twenty mins late so we booked a separate car and then when ask for a refund we are refused? Disgraceful service, poor communication from the operator, little benefit to using a third party like Viator

I had arranged a trip for 10 people - we did not want to use Ubers but have a scheduled transportation due to Octoberfest in Munich. The drivers were very professional and there waiting for us as we exited customs!
