We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. This class has a gift-omiyage, you can choose one " T-shirts", " Ramen bowl" or "J apanese Apron"!
Making noodles
• Knead the flour
• Roll out the dough
• Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles
• Boil the noodles
• Drain the water from the noodles
Chicken Garnish
• Use a string to tie the chicken meat
• Scatter the condiment and cook it
• Slice the chicken to the length you want
• We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup
• We offer many types of broths so you can
blend with each other
• Different kinds of sauces to choose
Finishing
• Put the boiled noodles into the soup
• Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

This course was a fantastic entry into making your own ramen. The instructor Tommy was incredibly helpful in clearly explaining and demonstrating each step of the process from making your own chicken charshu, making you own noodles from scratch, through to balancing flavours within the dashi.

Such a wonderful experience! Mr Ryo, our instructor was awesome, engaging, attentive to every student and friendly. Basically we were thought to make ramen from scratch. The final product tasted and looked pretty good from a novice like me 🫢 Ms Hama, Ms Nori and Ms Sakura were helpful too.
Ryo is knowledgeable and the ramen king 😀 It’s one of many nice activities to do in Japan whilst travelling. What a great way to immerse in Japan’s cooking culture and bring home the skills learnt! Highly recommend this activity and this business 👍.

We had the best time learning to cook ramen. The staff were very friendly and kind, and everyone in our family loved it. The ramen was delicious!!! It was also a nice break from all the Kyoto sightseeing.
