Very professional and on time ! Long trip and the driver was engaging an kept us in the loop how much longer and saw us to the water taxi as well

Our driver met us at the Ravenna port terminal and took us to the Venice port where he connected us with a private water taxi to the Marco Polo dock. This was included in the package price. From there, we hired a luggage porter to take us to our hotel – thank goodness we didn’t take the luggage ourselves over stairs, canals, etc. as we were a group of older women w/heavy luggage.
