The crew was awesome and they created a great vibe on the catamaran. Pick up was timely and the snacks on board were decent.

A time was had! Crew ensured that the vibes was immaculate. Food & drinks were served. Never stopped at magaritaville as promised on the website description but it was a fun experience.

We were given the wrong time for pickup, along with 3 other couples. We completely missed the snorkeling which was why I personally was going. Island Routes did powerboat us to the catamaran which had just completed snorkeling (missed 2 hours and snorkeling altogether). We missed the whole initial party experience as well. The falls were beautiful which is why I didn’t give just one star. Island Routes refunded 15% off the total when we missed 50% of the experience. I requested 25% (when it should’ve been 50%) but that request was denied. I would not book a tour with them again and will book with someone offsite in the future.

We have been on many catamaran cruises and this one wasn't that great. We were disappointed when the open bar wasn't available until after the snorkeling takes place . The snorkeling wasn't anything special either. I am assuming that anyone gives this catamaran tour a perfect rating hasn't been on any other catamaran tours throughout the world.

We did the cruise with snorkeling and the Dunns River Falls hike. It was a fantastic experience and the crew went above and beyond. I want to highlight Damar personally. From the moment we got on the boat he made us feel like VIPs. We told him our son (9) had never snorkeled, but we wish he would try it out. Damar made it his mission to get our son comfortable with the idea. He got him in the water and led him on a safety ring across the entire reef. Our son had the absolute time of his life and we are so grateful! For the rest of the trip, Damar kept checking in with us and making sure everything was going well. The falls were gorgeous and even though we had to wait a bit, it is clear that this company tries its hardest to smooth out the challenges. I am frustrated mostly with other passengers who do not pay attention, think they are the only ones on the boat, and show no respect. The crew, to their credit, tried very hard to make sure everyone had a good time, even in some choppy seas.

I had the best time! The boat was very lit! We did not go to Margarittaville because they were closed down. The snorkeling was also fun
