Our guide Ally P. was fantastic, a wealth of information - both historical and current entertainment knowledge related to the area. This was not my first choice in tour location but my first 2 choices were sold out (so book early). I was still extremely happy with the tour. Rosslyn Chapel was beautiful and the drive thru the Scottish border towns was beautiful. The view from Scott’s Viewpoint was a highlight after being in the city of Edinburgh for the previous 3 days.

The driver was great. Her knowledge of the area and conversation made the trip very enjoyable. Rowling Chapel was mysteriously beautiful and history intriguing. The countryside was like a patchwork quilt in spaces and color.

The guide was confused with the time to depart and return. We also never made it to the Wallace statue. We would have benefitted from a longer star at Melrose and a shorter stay at Rosslyn. Other than that, the guide offered a lot of interesting facts and information.
