The airport pickup was perfect. We were taken to our hotel and the driver named Junior was so kind. The return trip back to the airport was the issue and reason for the low score review. We arrived at the pickup point at 12:10pm for a 12:15 pickup time. The driver never showed and we had to pay $35 to take a taxi to the airport. I contacted the company and they claim the driver was there at 12:15 but the valets at the hotel agreed with us that the driver was not there at 12:15. He must have arrived earlier and signed the log book for 12:15. Very very disappointed!

The round trip to and from the airport....sit back, relax on the air condition bus to your resort/hotel....or return to the airport.
