Cruise Express Return Shuttle Service
This shuttle service is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get, from your cruise ship, into the historic center of Bruges. By disembarking your cruise ship at Zeebrugge you will see Free Port Shuttles. Just take this shuttle and relax, the bus driver will take you to the cruise terminal. When you come out of the cruise terminal, just turn left and you will see an apartment block on the corner located on the other side of the road. (30 meter from the cruise terminal exit) Our headquarter shop is located on the bottom floor of this apartment block. (A/C available)
Operating hours in the morning: 08:30 AM to 12:00 PM (NOON!)
Operating hours in the afternoon: there are 7 moments back from Bruges to Zeebrugge - times are adjusted to the departure time of your cruise ship.

I booked online before we joined our cruise, we made our way to the check in desk and the coach turned up on time. We were dropped off at Bruges coach park and an easy 10 minutes walk were in the centre.
Would book again.

So easy - the bus collects you from opposite the cruise terminal. A very easy and relaxed way to visit Bruges.

Shocking service and would never use again. Waited over an hour on outbound and inward transfers.
Queues highly disorganised.
Insufficient coaches provided.
Paid a lot of money for a very poor experience.

Pick up locations were accessible and easy to find. The buses were on time. All staff were organised and gave a good service.

Check in point directly outside the cruise terminal in Zebrugge. Staff and driver very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.

I only required parking at the hotel for one night while staying elsewhere due to circumstances, I contacted the hotel via their reservation email address and was initially told parking was for residents only, I replied and thanked them, short time later I received another email from a lady called Annmary who said that on this occasion they were prepared to offer me just parking, I thanked her and arrived at the hotel on the said date, I was greeted at reception by a man and young lady, simple process and checked my car in easily, I felt obliged to return the next day and we booked the breakfast buffet, food was excellent but what screamed out was staff were so polite and helpful, next time I go from Birmingham airport I would book with this hotel with out any hesitation, thank you Annmary and the rest of the staff, best wishes Chris Williams

There are historical buildings around the area and the market center is easy to locate. A lot of interesting shops.
