Private Tour with Expert Guide was the best choice. There were only us in the group. We didn´t waited in any queue. The Guide spoke understandable in English, provided us the main and interesting information. My friends doesn´t speed English well. Despite it they understand him in general. We checked Sagrada inside and outside too. I can recommend it!

Valentina was an excellent guide. Was one of the best experiences ever. Highly recommend to request her. She is truly passionate and sincere about her appreciation of Sagrada Familia.
Of course cut all the queues and she knew the staff to make it easier.
She is I believe a millennial so he rationally you can find a good fit if you are looking for someone who is contemporary but experienced.

Guide changed time 1 hour before it was set to start. Never received a tour or a refund. Poor customer service!

Unfortunately, this review is for a tour that did not happen because Icono cancelled the morning of the event - Viator emailed me that Icono had “oversold the experience.” Since it was a private tour for just our group of four persons, I assume they couldn’t get tickets. Icono did text and email me the evening before, asking if I could reschedule for four hours later, but unfortunately a member of our group had a flight out of Barcelona at that time (evening) so I responded with that explanation. I don’t know the exact reason for the cancellation because Icono has not communicated directly with me since the text, but the lack of reliability, at least for this experience, means I will not utilize them in the future for any tours. It is particularly disappointing because I could have chosen other operators, or other times, when I made the initial reservation, but had no same-day options when notified the day of the event.

Local Operator made a mistake on meeting time and then tried to blame us. Terrible service and couldn't be bothered to try and help. Please be careful because I think that this is a scam that they do to get paid - can't believe a company like Viator could behave like this.

Valentino was a wonderful guide. Her knowledge of the Sagrada Famillia was very impressive and passionate, and given we had torrential rain she did a great job managing how we experienced the external facades.

A fantastic tour! Our guide, Olga E was very knowledgeable and so enthusiastic. She knew just where to stand to get great pictures, or to have a quiet chat about the history of the Sagrada Familia. We look forward to coming back in 2026 and will certainly ask for Olga!
