Our guide was great. Get there early though, very easy to miss the pickup point. Guide was very knowledgeable with great English.

Victor was our guide. He was knowledgeable and spoke clearly and easy to understand. This was probably the best tour of our trip.

Experiencing the Sagrada Familia with a knowledgeable guide is the only way to go. The sheer magnitude of the symbolism in the Basilica is overwhelming. Without the guide giving us such wonderful detail and pointing out so many things we would’ve missed our experience would have been much less satisfying. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and moved at a pace that we could handle. He walked us through the steps of entering the basilica through the security check and getting our earpieces so that we could all hear him regardless of wandering a little bit of distance from him. The guided tour was only about an hour and a quarter long, however our guide pointed out the other areas that we could explore on our own time. Our only complaint was that the company did not provide us with any anyway to identify the guide. We were told to meet the guide in front of the gift shop and we arrived about 40 minutes before our tour time. We had no idea what would be used to identify the guide so we kept approaching anybody who looked like a guide to ask if they were the correct person . Our guide was carrying a small plain red flag and was dressed in normal street clothes so there was no identifying shirt or hat or flag that indicated he was from the tour company. In addition, we were told to show up about 30 minutes in advance of the tour time, but he showed up about 20 minutes in advance , so we were concerned we might have missed the guide. However, once we did connect and he got the certificate to take us in as a group the experience was wonderful. We spent another hour and a half to two hours in the basilica and gift shop and museum after the guide was finished with the tour so allow quite a bit of extra time. Do not miss La Sagrada Familica!

Juan Miguel had so much information to share! It was an incredible experience and tour. LA sagrada is beautiful beyond belief, inside and out! It's a must see when in Barcelona.

Meeting point was not clear. It was a complete disaster. When we try to call to ask for better directions, nobody answered the phone. A very disappointing experience.
