Such an amazing night!
Caesar, MiMi and Sydney were alll super exceptional and accommodating!!!
And the food was equally amazing!!

Been on a few dinner cruises and this was the worst. Food was cold and ok. Bartender was supposedly backed up so we barely got drinks and I had bought drink packages for guest so it was a waste of money. They played no music during dinner at least they could have in the background. Small dance floor and boring DJ upstairs barely enough room to dance. Vibe was off through the whole ship. Our waitress was sweet and doing her best. Paid almost 2k for my family,never again.

Chaotic. Photos were not offered. you’re on your own find your own seat. No one asked us if we wanted any other drink aside from water. They gave priority to big groups. The table beside us were irritated as well. We tried hornblower before this and our experience was far better. Not worth it.

Customer service. It was perfect. Very friendly employee. The food was ok. I got the stuff chicken and my husband got the steak. The steak was very chewy and he almost choked a couple of times. The chicken was ok a little dry. The only thing I wish is that the dance floor was a little bit bigger. We wasn’t able to dance because it was a little too crowded. Other than that it was a nice experience.

From the condition of the boat, dinner, service, and ambiance, this trip was 5 star! We were welcomed with a glass of good champagne to start off the evening. Once we were seated at our table, we were greeted by our waiter, Sergio, who provided impeccable service throughout the night. My husband chose the steak, and I had the sea bass. Dinner was very good and served hot and fresh. We had a wonderful lemon tart dessert. There was a DJ on the upper deck for dancing. We went up to the top deck for a spectacular view of the hotel Coronado and the surrounding harbor. It was a night we truly enjoyed! A+++

The overall staff was great! Our server did not know much about the liquor selection or that we had to order the appetizers prior to. When we asked what bourbon selection, he referred us to the menu off the website which does not show that. The food was not great, to be honest. The meat was over done and the potatoes/veggies were over seasoned. And the cake was dry and humungous. The staff was amazing and sweet!

I booked my cruise for Sunday may 5th the week before. I was called on Monday April 30th to confirm my dinner choices. I was told the appetizer would be a salad, dinner would be either surf and turn or vegetarian, and desert would be chocolate cake. Upon arriving on the ship we were met with a glass of champagne and assigned to the only table on the ship that didn't have a lit candle. The waitress then came over and proceeded to inform us that the appetizer and cocktail menu can be seen using the qr code at our table. Upon scanning the qr code there are several appetizer options that weren't even offered and when I asked the waitress if I could purchase one of the appetizers listed I was told no there's only so many on board I would have had to request it before the cruise. At this point I'm a bit upset. The salad comes out it's a quarter of a head of lettuce just dropped on the plate with a few drops of ranch speckled about. I asked the waitress if there was another dressing option as I cannot have ranch and I was informed no. More information that should have been provided ahead of time during reservation. Then the surf and turf comes out, my plate is water logged and the gravy had been sitting so long it turned into a paste like consistency. I've had better meals from mcdonalds. This is by far the worst cruise I have ever been on and I would never recommend this to any of my friends or family. If I could give it 0 stars I would

The steak was well done and bland, they don't give you a choice of how you want it cooked. My wife's chicken was rubbery, my wife ordered a lemon drop drink and the bar tender did not know how to make it and gave her alcohol and a shot of lemon in it. Not worth the price.
