Very energetic and fun tour. Sandro kept us entertained on the way to and from events. The single headphone for Sienna tour was a bit of a let down as it was hard to hear, maybe a better mic like singers use would help tremendously

The tour was nice and our tour guides Sandro and Giulia were great! My issue is that the group size was way too large. One couple didn't meet up in time so we barely got time in Monteriggioni. Then the amount of time in Sienna was too long given there isn't 3 hours of things to see. The lunch was good and in a beautiful Winfrey. If you have dietary restrictions you can mention them ahead of time. They were lovely cities with seeing but the large groups distract from the experience.

We were on a sold out tour with english and Spanish speakers. Daniel drove us everywhere quickly and safely and greeted us when we returned to the bus with a friendly smile. Marta was our tour leader wqs amazing. Very knowledgeable, but more importantly, very good at communicating clearly, in both languages, and managing a bus load of people, with the right mix of humour and authority. Every stop was managed on schedule. We also had a terrific tour guide in Siena (Camella, I think.) A very proud woman of Siena who knew everything about the city past and present, and properly upheld the city's grudges from the middle ages on.
