Our plane arrived a hour and half late and they were still waiting on us with no problem and was very friendly and got us there ina timely matter

Our driver, Mark, was so friendly and courteous. He gave us recommendations and showed local hotspots we passed on the way to the hotel. He was on time, and the car was clean and well maintained. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

The company was standing outside the airport waiting on us. It ended up being on a private SUV! That was great! While waiting on our ride to pull up, the dear lady was so kind and gave us lots of info about the island.

Very friendly representative at the airport. She told us who was our driver and she knew the hotel we were staying in and told us a bit about it. The driver was also very friendly. He should us places to visit around town. He explained some of the history too. Overall was a nice relaxing ride.

Solo traveler here-I was expecting to be picked up in one of those touristy white vans and to be sitting with strangers but had a nice solo ride in a very clean black suv. My driver Mr. Moss was super friendly and gave me some great tips of places to go and foods to try on our way to my Airbnb. The company is super responsive and reached out the day before each pickup to make sure everything was set for me. They really made everything seamless and easy which put me at ease my whole trip.

Where waiting outside the airport upon arrival. A very friendy driver drove me to my drop-off in a safe way.
I did't book a return in the reservation and when I knew time and date there was no problem to update the booking direct with the company.

Our flight was delayed and we came 10hours later and very late at night. Shuttle was still promptly there. And the company remained in contact with me while I was delayed back in the states. Great and kind service.

Our flight was delayed multiple times due to storms. We ended up arriving at 1:30am! I was so happy Johnson was still there waiting to pick us up. He was very kind and got us to the hotel safely and efficiently. He knows much about the area and has good recommendations. We heard a lot about the history too!
