Frederick was very pleasant, helpful, and an excellent driver. Although our flight was late and we had to call, our ride was a great start to our vacation. The vehicle was clean, air conditioned and roomy. Yes, I would definitely use again. Thank you.

Though this was a Shared Transport, we were a three person group and the only ones in this luxury SUV. Loved the ride!

I was advised less than 24 hours before my pickup that they couldn't accommodate my request since I was staying at a private Airbnb. They also told me that I had to cancel myself. If I cancelled myself I wouldn't receive my refund because of the short timeframe. I had to go through another service & request a refund through customer service on very short notice. Have used them before but probably won't again.

Our flight was delayed. When we finally arrived in Provenciales, there was not a van available. I had to take a Taxi and pay $40 for my daughter and I to get to the hotel. I am hoping to get a refund from Viator.
