Had a great time at Blarney castle. The guide was able to get us right in.
The hike up to the top was a little tough but well worth it.

Blarney Castle grounds were beautiful. We did not attempt the climb to the top to "Kiss the Stone". Long line, plus a strenuous climb to the top. Our tour had a large bus, plus a smaller bus for the overflow. We were in the smaller van/bus, and it was very crowded, and the driver and guide on board provided very little commentary on the way. The stop at Kinsale was uneventful since we had not been told much about it at all. But, the scenery was pretty.

We really enjoyed this excursion. Loved that we got picked up and dropped off at the port. I think our tour guide was PJ but really have us a nice tour with a lot of information. I would love to go back to Ireland.

In spite of a little rain, the grounds around Blarney Castle were beautiful . We beat the crowd. We only climbed the castle for the view but did not wait in line to kiss the stone.

Paul was wonderful! So informative about the areas we visited. The bus was very comfortable (the brand new smell was there). Blarney castle was amazing but the gardens were even better!(just as Paul said). Kinsale was just as I imagined with the wonderful Irish pubs, one had rugby on the tv!

It was a good experience. Loved the Blarney castle.
We could’ve had one more hour at Blarney castle. We felt like it was rushed there and spent way more than needed time in Kinsale. Other than eating lunch we couldn’t fine anything to do there. A cathedral was on the itinerary but didn’t get to see it.
Thanks.

John our tour guide was fantastic, engaging, informative and fun. A wonderful day that included many sights and experiences. Only down side was air-conditioning wasn't working. It had become unseasonably warm in the afternoon. Trying to adjust didn't work. Otherwise a great day!
