Had such a great trip.
The addresses are misleading though - there is only one place you can get the helicopter from and that’s the executive airport Embassair. This is about 17 miles from South Beach and about $35 in an Uber each way.
The other address listed is just their office so be careful not to get caught out.
Anyway…. Not to be missed. Loved every minute and the pilot was great - told us all the main spots to look out for.
There was an issue with our originally booked time as the helicopter was still in the Bahamas but they were fabulous at offering plenty of alternatives (both times and days). They were really flexible with great communication through both the Viator app and on WhatsApp - highly recommend.

We booked this way in advance however the night before we had a message to say we needed to change the time due to the owner still having the chopper in the Bahamas - however the team were super flexible and offered later times and days to make sure we still had our trip.
No idea why Viator post 2 different addresses to go to as there isn’t 2 options….. it must be the executive airport which is Embassair - we were staying in South Beach so this was about 17 miles away and about $35 each way in an Uber.

The pilot was amazing - explained any movement and pointed out main sites of interest.
Really fabulous trip and would highly recommend.
Even though there was a slightly rocky start, this was out of their control and their communication was super.

Bobby is an amazing guide and Pilot! If you are lucky enough, you’ll have him as a pilot for your trip. Miami beach landscape is amazing from the air!!

We intentionally booked a time slot where we would get to see the sunset. However, they were running behind and did not communicate this to us. Instead, we had to sit in the lobby for ~40 minutes until he finished the other rides. Instead of being apologetic, he just kept repeating that “this is aviation” and delays happen… come to find out, the delay was due to someone before us showing up late, thus causing a domino effect of tardiness - nothing to do with aviation lol. The pilot convinced us we would get to see a bit of the sunset if we hurried, but of course after all the safety talks, etc., it was completely dark. I will say, the pilot was a great and safe pilot and did point out many cool things as we were flying. Getting to see the Miami skyline at night was cool, but it’s just not what we ordered. When you’re paying $320+ for a 20 minute experiences, you expect a little more punctuality and professionalism.

My time was 7:40 and they picked me at 9:00pm, timing is not good, I was there at 7:20 and as per Viator they didn’t ask for 19 $ but I pay for it

At first I'm scared of heights but as we took off I got comfortable was an amazing experience...we caught the sunset of miami loved it recommend for u too do ....pilot was super cool and guided us on miami florida as we was up in the air

Seamless from beginning to end. If you are ever in Miami, this is NOT to be missed. Very reasonably priced, too. Would certainly choose this company again.

I scheduled a Spanish speaking guide. When I asked the guide if he spoke Spanish he said no, but that the front desk people did, but wouldn’t be joining us. Not sure why he would even mention that after I mentioned why I was asking if he was Spanish speaking. The description also says you will see where Messi lives. I also asked about this , as this is why I booked and took the chance of going in a helicopter , for the language guide option and a celebrity me and my husband care for. He said he has no idea where Messi lives, when I asked. Then later he said he looked up where Messi lives and that he is in Ft. Lauderdale, which is not where the tour takes you. Both these reasons are why I took the financial chance of this opportunity, neither were delivered as advertised.
