As terminal 4 is a new terminal, this lounge is also newly established. Didn’t harbour much expectations going into the lounge as my experience with the dragon pass lounges wasn’t that good in Singapore.
The live station as always, laksa and I thought that was the best dish that the lounge offered. Other than that, there wasn’t anything worth mentioning except that the lounge is new and thus, pretty comfortable in my opinion. If a simple meal is what you are looking for, think it’s still a good enough place to go before your flight. I noticed that there wasn’t any showering facilities, I might be wrong.

The staff are very friendly and nice especially Nora, Farid, and Caroline at the reception. Laksa is one of the best. Clean, quiet, and peaceful lounge. It's a perfect place to rest and sleep. This is my second time here and they have a lot of food options. Will highly recommend this to my family and friends.

1 of 2 lounge at terminal4 , you can use priority pass to access , many seat with electric plug so you can charge your devices . They offer hot food and taste good compared to other lounge . Recommend laksa

I was expecting a top class lounge but found this lounge lacking in food selection. The men’s restroom was extremely dirty and lacked toilet paper. No attention is paid by staff and they are rude. It is obvious this is a low cost lounge and Priority Pass was a waste for me. The food, what little there was, is only local fare. I did like the relaxation area as it had everything need except shower and flatbed. Ok lounge for short stay if not expecting western food or clean restrooms.

Great customer service and lots of food choices. They have laksa rice bread, chicken and veggie. Salad is great. Im surprise they even have cup noodles. Overall, we have a great experience dining in.
