Luge rides were great. Queues were not too bad as the human traffic flow was good. Kids had fun overtaking each other!

The actual ride was fun. I purchased my ticket on Viator that morning then I went in the line some hours later and it wouldn’t pull up the QR code to scan which unfortunately caused me to have to pay upfront / the email for some reason said the QR code is not ready until the next day but my luge slot was for that same day i bought it. I paid cash and started the chat with Viator who then emailed me the QR code but by that time it was too late bc I paid again at the actual place (they only sell so many tickets per day so I had to hurry and get it to get in the luge line). This activity was 4 days ago and I keep having to get back into the chat and tell them my refund is not process through my bank transactions nor has an email confirmation been sent (like they said)
