They changed the time of our tour. We were unable to go as we are on a cruise and did not have enough time. Please refund our money.

We changed our tickets to one hour later and was confirmed by Viator. However, when we arrived, we were told the tickets were never changed and no more tickets were available. We did not get to go to the museum. Viator messed up.

Watch out for aggressive sales tactics outside the entrance. A man put a rolled up print in my friend’s bag and the man grabbed my arm when I reached over and I withdrew it. I dropped my entry ticket as a result. Luckily it was recovered 10 minutes later. Just look out and don’t give in to the gypsy scam either.

We purchased skip the line tickets online and arrived at the correct location on time. We were given expired tickets and told to wait in line for entry. When we were denied entry due to expired tickets we had to find the person who gave us the expired tickets and demand that the error was corrected. Poor experience for first time using Viator!

This is not skip the line! Waited in line 90 minutes. They were beyond swamped! Groups and groups of 30 to 40 people put in line to wait. Then it was so hard to get around, with so many tour groups. Not a fun experience!!!!

It was extremely confusing to have to enter with the group while we had already secured a private tour guide. This added a wrench into the plans for the morning.

Terrible experience. Extremely shady. I was contacted saying to go redeem my tickets at a time that was after my scheduled tour date.. (I have messages proving that) and they still were hesitant to give me my tickets. Next time I will ensure to use a different tour group

The visit was short and the guide was 15 minutes late (not her fault).
The centre piece was to see David, the rest is under whelming.

Incredible works of art, skipping the line was quick and efficient for the time of year we went. No guide, but we were able to make the most of seeing the statue of David in all its glory!
