Easy to understand. Kept up with us as a group even in crowded museums. Very pleasant and friendly. Worth the money

Our guide, Silvia made the tour exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and helped us move smoothly through the museums. It was a busy day and she made every decision of where to stand to what exhibits to target. I leaned so much and loved everything! We did not waste any time in lines.

As much as I wanted to love this, our guide was just not good, and it saddens me to say this because I'm sure she's a lovely woman. But Rosa could not keep our attentions, despite how much she obviously loves the art, she was quite bossy and lacked the people skills to share her love of art and her knowledge, as other tour guides were able to do all over Italy for us.

Knowledgeable guide, hits all the high points! Worth it to skip the line and have a personal guide. Would not have been the same figuring out which line to wait in and buying the audio self guided tour from the information desk.

Claire was an amazing guide taking us through some of the remarkable works of art civilization has produced. She is fun, knowledgeable and took care of the group. Very busy museums, but well navigated for our group of 14. Highly recommend her!

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable regarding the various art pieces we viewed but not pretentious in any way. She also extended our time due to a delay entering the Ufizzi gallery which was very kind of her.
