Guide was excellent. Passionate, knowledgeable, and went out his way to ensure he provided a great experience. Went off tour to show us animals in the wild including a koala, kangaroos, and wallaby. His enthusiasm for wildlife and stealth mode walking to find them reminded me of Steve Irwin. The National parks you go to are free to enter so you are paying for the guided experience and the transport. If you have a car, you can easily access the parks and hike the trails yourself but you will probably miss the wildlife as they are camouflaged well. The glow worm cave isn’t great. Hard to tell if the worms are real or just led lights. Seemed like a highly artificial environment. So the least favorite part of the day. The stops for shopping and eating are great. The guide was friendly and is local. He knows so much about the local history, about the botany, the animals, and the reptiles. Truly enjoyed his commentary throughout the trip.

This was a very enjoyable tour. Be ready for a long day with lots of walking up and down mountains. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure the group stayed together, and got to see as much wildlife as possable. There's a 90 minute stop for lunch in a small town, which has lots of options but you will need to bring cash if you plan on getting something to eat. The 4☆ part of this review is completely regarding the "glow worm cave". It looks nothing like pictures or videos you might have seen online or on other listings for this tour. Please go in with very low expectations regarding this part of the tour.

Pick up was quick and efficient. Our group was small and intimate, and our tour guide was amazing! He knew the area and took us places to have the best chance to see wildlife. We saw all the places listed on the tour, but we also saw the following in the wild: koala, kangaroos, wallabies, pademelon (with a joey), and ferrets. His knowledge was incredible and he was personable to our questions/requests. I highly recommend this tour!

It was a fun trip, Tour Guide James, was very knowledgeable and gave us interesting details about the areas around Tamborine Mountain and Spring Brook. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, though the hike through the Rain forest and Spring Brook is not handicap accessible .

The tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable but this tour wasn’t what I was expecting. I thought it’d be more of a hike rather than a walk. I also didn’t realize that after driving one hour away to the first rainforest, then we’d have to drive another hour to the next rainforest, then one more hour back to the meeting point. I felt car sick and had a headache because there wasn’t a lot of AC in the back where I was sitting, and the volume of the tour guide’s voice over the speaker was so loud. I’m sure others love this tour but it just wasn’t for me.

Beautiful nature Kind people Driver who speaks too quickly, he knows much, but also can speaks 15min about Cricket or football. Anyway this tour between price and what you can see is only for 3* and maybe it is the reason why we were only 8 people into the bus.
