Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shows. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.
All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket. Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee from $25.00

We weren’t sure exactly what to expect but this was pretty amazing. A very sensory experience! Definitely worth the price!

The views are remarkable! I went at night. I also enjoyed the interactive activities. They were fun. Staff were pleasant and very organized. Overall pleasant experience. Recommend!

We have been to NYC a few times and wanted to try something different. Well we found it! So much fun! I am not going to spoil it with details. Just try it !! We stayed 2 and half hours. Laughed and had champagne on the third floor. We will bring our friends next time. Enjoy!!

This wasn't my first time @ the summit. The view is magical. But several employees are extremely rude an dagressive with the visitors. For exemple, this evening I had been using a tripod for over an hour. I walk throught many employees, I also have shown my tripod to the security before entering and no one has told me nothing about it. One of the employee verbally abused me, telling me it was forbidden. I didn't know it was forbidden and that's not the problem here : I have no problem with the rule and I agreed to follow them. But, this person was very rude and aggressive. She told me, that she didn't "care if her colleagues didn't do their job by hadn't told me beforehand that it was forbidden. You don't talk to people like that. It was a very bad experience.

The people who work in The Summit were so rude and unpolite with me, my wife and other guests since the entrance that this made my experience there awful.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. I highly suggest you book at night cause the city gets all lit up (literary). It gives you a feeling of transcendence like you're surrounded by a starry sky everywhere you look. Take it slow, there's more than enough time to take great pictures, but mostly just sit for a few minutes and bask into that incredible sensation.

If you want to instagram every moment you are in there OR deal with everyone instagramming every moment they are in there, this is for you. I visited with my daughter for her birthday. It's all hype. From the time you watch the intense intro movie when you get there (which, btw, they turned the lights out as we were walking in so we couldn't see anything or anyone) to the silver balloon room, it was a waste of time. The views are incredible however you just walk from room to room expecting something different. It was very crowded. People were laying in windows, laying on the floor, taking selfie after selfie. I should have bought tickets for the Empire State building -- which is iconic -- not this building that is trying to be something. And DON'T BUY THE COCKTAIL ticket. The bar was so crowded -- there was no place to sit or stand. And it was chilly outside so no one was on the terrace. Truly a waste of money. Go to the top of any other building in NYC to get a view - not this one.
