SUNSHINE COAST (MCY) DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL PROCEDURE All arriving passengers are to make their way to the Con-X-ion counter prior to collecting their luggage. The departure schedule will be advised at the counter. Passengers are required to be at the counter ready to depart 10 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers are expected to actively look at their driver who will be wearing a blue shirt and red Con-x-ion hat.

Just in time, with good explanation at the airport. Driver was very helpful with very heavy luggage. Will certainly book again.

WORST TRIP EVER. The air conditioning was broken so instead of changing vans they filled the van with people and drove from Sunshine Coast to Brisbane airport It was totally unacceptable. People were hot, sweating and then it started to smell. My mum left her hat in the van and ive sent 3 emails asking for it to be returned and no such luck.
Go by train or another company. The email response about no air conditioning said sorry about the cleanliness. They didnt even read my email that stated NO AIR CONDITIONING.

I was concerned with delayed flights as I had missed my scheduled shuttle.. the last one for the night. As I reached the terminal I was contacted to say there was a driver waiting for me.. fabulous service!

Great door to door service. I took a little while to find the Connexion counter at Maroochydoore airport - but only because I didn’t follow the instructions provided with my booking! Greg was very friendly, helpful and provided a great door to door service. I recommend Connexion.
