Midden by Mark Olive is known for alfresco harbourside dining under the Sails of the Sydney Opera House. Enjoy either entree and main or main and dessert with two beverages your choice of Australian wine, beer of soft drinks
Meet a member of our Welcome Team at 415pm at The Lounge of the Upper Level, near the Box Office
Your tour will depart at 430pm. After your tour our guide will drop you off at either Bennelong or Portside, depending on your booking for dinner.
Dinner booking is from 530pm - 730pm
Some patrons like to dress up and make a special night of their Sydney Opera House experience, whilst others choose to dress casually for comfort. Please note for dinner bookings it is not necessary to wear a jacket and tie

So personal, we were a group of 6 our guide provided very detail information regarding all aspects of the Sydney Opera House and made us feel as she was speaking only to each individual. The structure itself is a world wonder down to tiles used on the roof.

Seeing the theaters and having a guide with outstanding knowledge and stories of the Opera house.
Going behind the scenes to see how it is all put together. Architecture was amazing!!

Our tour was just for the four of us and what a great time we had. Lia our guide was wonderful, knowledgeable and witty. We saw behind the scenes of the Opera House and learned a lot of its history plus what’s happening now. We had dinner in a lovely restaurant where we sat outside and watched our cruise ship the Norwegian Spirit pass under the harbour bridge on its way back to Auckland. Our two course dinner along with 2 drinks was very nice. If you go try the Wallaby shank.

Lyn was fantastic! We saw so many behind the scene venues that many tour goers would never see. She was lively and personable and incredibly knowledgeable. We had a fabulous dinner at middens, which was included in the tour package. The food was amazing and the service too!!

Amazing views of Sydney Opera House. Retiring has it's blessings, spending quality time with my wife in doing all the things we missed when our kids were young. They've all grown up since and time to pack our bags and explore while we could. Beautiful architecture as world position as a world-famous icon of architecture a true UNESCO's World Heritage indeed. Children booked us on Captain Cook Cruises sailing around Sydney harbour with 3 course meal and explored onboard Hop on Hop off Bus ride around the city.

When I signed up for this, I expected a small group "VIP" tour. What we got was a one on one VIP experience! One tour guide walked my wife and I around the opera house. We got to see some inner workings. Our guide Emily was wonderful as she gave a great historical perspective to the design, build and renovations of the opera house. This is such a unique structure, not only in looks but in how it was built and the materials used to build it. We learned so much on this great tour. After the tour we were treated to a 3 course dinner at the restaurant in the opera house with a grand view of the harbor bridge at sunset. This is a definite must-do for anyone interested in this incredible building.
