This is a packed, day-long tour of some key spots around Cape Town, ideal for a superficial overview of what the area has to offer. It is not in-depth, but it provides a certain amount of time (either 10 or 45 min) to discover Table Mountain and several places around the Cape. I found it well conceived and guided, and well worth the cost. Those who prefer to do things themselves may find inspiration for how to recreate a journey like this, but for a Cape Town novice it was excellent!

Charlie & driver were great! The bus was very comfortable and clean. We went to many places and I learned about each of them as we drove along. I felt there were a couple stops that were cut a little short but that’s because some people were not returning to the bus as instructed and Charlie and to go find them. Lunch was delicious, order off the menu, it was served quickly and inexpensive. I was very happy overall with everything!

I was told the day before the tour that I would be picked up at my hotel. Then 18 hours before the tour I was told that they would only pick me up at a hotel 40 minutes away. That was not enough time for me to cancel and be reimbursed. I am very disappointed as I took the same tour 4 years ago from my same hotel. I am a senior without a car and need hotel pick up which I do around the world through Viator.

The guide was Reagan aka el presidente who picked us ta from the hotel at around 7.20
He was knowledgeable courteous and well informed . He ensured our group stayed together throughout and laid out the plan for the day . He ensured we were all comfortable through the journey. The itinerary is packed with a lot of travelling but worth it . Would recommend the tour .
We wish we had slightly more time at the Table mountain and Cspe point to explore a bit further. However as we visited in winter the daylight hours are relatively short so we wouldn’t have made it through the itinerary.

A great day with a knowledgeable guide an excellent driver. We had to skip Table Mountain due to wind closing the cable car but loved the rest of the stops. It was good to know the Table Mountain ticket is good for a week and we were able to go the next day.
