I think the 11am slot is misleading as that is just the time the ride opens. Probably can go anytime, just later you go the longer queue. We got there around 11 and didn't queue for very long. Good ride, bit tight to get into seats if you are on the larger side.

The coaster is great except the harness is super uncomfortable, the beginning of the ride jolts you a lot and my ears got bashed on both sides against the shoulder straps. Made it hard to enjoy the ride, but it's got good potential, just needs some padding there to protect your ear. From reviews, seems like a known issue for years and management don't seem to have bothered to fix it ... so rider beware! Ps. Hotel guests get 2 for 1 price which makes it valuable. I wouldn't pay full rate personally. They don't advertise this discount at all but it's part of your resort fee, so make use of it!

This attraction used to be our regular “must do” every time we visited Vegas. We always looked forward to riding the roller coaster at NYNY! On our most recent trip we were very disappointed in the extremely poor attitude of every single staff member working there. Sadly, we decided that this attraction’s best days are in the past. We will not do business with disrespectful, under-managed, and obviously unhappy people at that attraction again. Shame on upper management.

The coaster itself is very smooth with amazing views of Las Vegas. Great thrills so would definitely recommend riding at least once. If you like raising your arms/hands in the air on rides, a warning that my arms are heavily bruised from the arm straps. They sit loose over you, the lap bar is what holds you in. Also careful of your ears if you were glasses, you head may also bounce of shoulder straps.

Amazing experience would go again soon with more friends I love my drinks and the games were so good. I got a thousand hits on the home run machine and Skee-Ball was amazing. I can't believe it all was so much fun

Avoid this at all costs. The most inefficiently run thing I have ever experienced. They charge $25 a ride but it took one hour when there were only 50 people in line because of the incompetence and being understaffed. Manager was rude when I complained and said “I waited 2 hours for a coaster at Disney.” Disney would NEVER take an hour to put 50 people on a ride. Do better MGM! The corporate people should be completely ashamed by this terrible “resort” you are running.

This was my 10yo favorite thing in Vegas! I rode once and found the new trains and restraints comfortable. The ride was smooth and the views were awesome. My son rode back to back to back.

My 10yo talked me into this, and I’m glad he did! You get a full amazing view of the mountains and The Strip right before you plunge into an all-out looping thrill ride. He was just over tall enough (54” minimum height) to ride. It was a blast!

Great ride. Loved it and highly recommend you do it. $25 per ride but there are packages you can get to make multiple rides work out cheaper.
