The Irish Dance Party takes place from 3-5 pm, 7 days a week at The Merchnats Arch Bar (Upstairs) 49 Wellington Quay. The Irish Dance Party is a 2-hour event and showcases talented musicians and dancers. The musicians will host and MC the event, singing Irish songs and playing Irish instruments, explaining the history of the songs, music, instruments, dances. There are also Irish dancers who will give dance performances for the group and also teach the group three Irish group dances which last for 20 minutes, 10 minutes respectively. There is also a full bar available at the event as well as a full menu serving delicious Irish food.

The music, the simple dance routine, and the venue were great. The instructions and interactive nature of the experience was wonderful. Our group numbered 5 and we enjoyed it very much.

Brilliant. So much fun. The dancers are brilliant they get everybody involved, lots of laughs. I enjoyed it as much as my nine-year-old.

Decided to sign up for this at the last minute to join our friends that were going and we all had a blast. If your looking for something different to do, book this and have a fun couple of hours.

The Irish Dance Party was very entertaining with a nice mix of Irish music and Irish Step Dancing. The performers put on a great show and the dancers helped the audience learn 3 different dances. What a fun and active experience!

Amazing dancing and audience participation! The Irish dancers were extremely talented. Gary the musician had us thoroughly entertained with the live music, another amazing talent. A complete Irish experience and would do again in a heartbeat!

Solo, with another or with a group, you will have fun. The singer/musician was quite talented, playing several different instruments and explaining how to use them. The dancers were also very talented and good instructors. The dances were not complex but of so fun. 10/10 recommend

Had a great time listening to some great Irish songs and music, also enjoyed learning a few steps of Irish dancing. Would definitely recommend attending.
