Simon was fantastic. He was a great guide, super knowledgeable and personable. The tea and nibbles were really great. We didn’t know that this starts with a 2 mile walk around the gardens. Wear comfy shoes and plan to walk for the first hour.

We had a lovely hour walk through Kensington Gardens with our very knowledgeable guide Susannah. She discussed the origins and periodic renovations of Kensington Palace as well as the statuary and water features within the gardens. She assisted us with our seating at the tea before leaving us in the capable hands of serving staff.

The tour guide could not have been kinder. Since we had to walk up 123 stairs from the underground, we decided to go directly to tea at the Orangery. We had to show our ticket several times before seating. And once again after seating. The service was ok. The food was lacking. It was presented nicely but the taste of the different cakes and sandwiches was just ok. We paid over 300 pounds for this little excursion. Not even close to worth it. We were the only ones dressed nicely on this fine Sunday. Find another afternoon tea for half this price.

The tea at the Orangery and walk through Diana’s garden were amazing! We are thankful the tour guide was accommodating of my mom’s physical limitations and shortened the walking tour - be aware of the 55 minute waling tour prior to tea!!

Our Tour Director Tom was so informative and friendly. We really enjoyed learning all about the Kensington gardens and the palace. Tom also shared a lot of other british history with us too which made for a delightful experience. Afterward, we enjoyed high tea in a beautiful location where the staff there were also very friendly and efficient.
