Excellent trip and recommended overall. It was a lot less taxing than we thought. We had been pounding the pavement for 8-10 hrs in other cities of Spain (Seville, Cardoba, Madrid, Barcelona) prior to this and that set an expectation. But this was easy paced (perhaps targeting a wide demographics including a family with a 2 yr old and mostly sr citizens). It is not a comprehensive coverage of the three cities. The tour guide was OK. A universal issue of tours we undertook in Spain is below average English skills and lack of mastery of the subject/buildings/history. The guides usually share anecdotes and try to be entertaining but are limited in relevant facts. It does a grave disservice to some of the most spectacular buildings you can ever experience. The star of this tour is cathedral of Toledo but the guide spent 20 minutes showcasing a few vantage points and left us on our own.
The convenience and the coverage in a day can't be beat. The breathtaking views of Toledo from the opposite hill on the way back made up for some of the deficiencies (that is one thing we perhaps would have missed if we had gone on our own). Toledo is by itself worth a full day visit and I suspect, watching the town from across at night would be worth a trip by itself. We did this tour on the very last day in Spain and after watching so many great buildings, monuments, and towns were not really expecting a whole lot but it was fantastic visit.

If you only have one day to get out of Madrid to see Segovia, Avila and Toledo this is the tour to take. Segovia and Toledo in particular were amazing, and Avila certainly interesting. Our guides Juan Carlos and Eduard did a great job shepherding us through a wonderful long day.

Eduardo and Juan Carlos were our tour guides. We split into two groups and my friends and I went with Eduardo. We really enjoyed the tour. Despite the rain in Avila we had a great time. Although I know a little bit about the history of the 3 cities I was visiting, Eduardo gave more information that I didn't know before. We appreciated all the information about where to eat during our free time. The best part of the tour for me was the Cathedral of Toledo. Eduardo gave a very informative tour of the Cathedral. This 3 city tour made my first time visit to Madrid much more memorable. I got my money's worth. I would d o a tour with them again.

We had an excellent 3 city tour to Segovia, Avila and Toledo. Each city was a bit different and compelling . Eduardo and Juan Carlos provided interesting facts and tidbits about each location. We loved learning about the architecture and culture of each city. The tour was well planned and ended up being just the day-trip from Madrid that we were hoping for.

Excellent tour! The guide was so knowledgeable and very personable. The only disappointment was lunch. It was at a crowded tourist trap and the food was simply terrible. I think you could do much better than that!

Had an absolutely wonderful tour, led by Eduardo and Juan Carlos. We managed to fit a lot in, and there was a great mix of free time and guided content. Both guides were funny, friendly, and informative, and the information provided was detailed and engaging. We had a spot of bad weather but the guides managed to keep us out of it well, and we didn’t miss anything. All three cities had very different vibes and were well worth seeing. Would definitely recommend!
