Lots of fun. You're a little limited on the intensity of the hike based upon the capabilities of your fellow trekkers. Ages in our group ranged from 20s to 60s. No one was left behind. And the views still made the hike worthwhile. The lunch was quite good and having a few glasses of wine after the hike was a nice reward. The highlight of the day was rafting the Beagle Channel. It actually started raining during our paddling and didn't slow us down. Saw some seals in the water with us while we were out there too. They did a good job of matching up physical capabilities so everyone was able to participate without worrying about carrying too much of the burden. Pick up a the hotel was on time and they even called the hotel the night before to reconfirm. Booking directly through Canal via whatsapp was easy and cheaper.

An excellent, well organised day out. Sonia was a great guide, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The canoeing was also well organised by Maori and the views around the lake were superb. Lunch in the dome was enjoyable and the days activities helped us to socialise as a group.

We had a wonderful time canoeing and hiking at Tierra del Fuego National Park! Neither the hike nor the canoeing was very difficult, so it was nice to be able to take in all the scenery! The guides made getting to and around the park seamless, and a nice hot lunch in the middle was a pleasant treat! Would highly recommend!

Ana was a fantastic guide and gave us a great introduction to the history, plants, and animals/birds of the area! There's a stop for tea/coffee, and lunch is very good complete with wine. The trail is only strenuous a bit at the very end before lunch. I only wish that the river was a bit higher and the wind less strong as our "canoe" got stuck on rocks several times, and our canoe team needed to work together to get the eight of us free!

Very pleasant and easy 3.5h trek through a forest in the national park followed by an ok lunch and good canoeing. No paddling experience necessary, waterproof pants and boots provided, enjoyable but quite windy on the water. Daniel did a good job as a guide and Mauri made sure we’re safe on the water. You also make it to the end of the RN3, last part of Panamericana highway stretching all the way from Alaska, what’s not to like about that?!

The tour of the company piratour was the best. The guide Juan was very knowledgeable professional and friendly . The canoeing was exciting, followed by a beautiful trek in the park. The driver Augustine was great and prepared for us wonderful chicken stew for lunch.

The trip itself was very good! Beautiful hike, good food and wine, fun boat ride. The reason for rating of 3 was the guide on the hike. Note there was 1 guide for the hike and 1 for the boat. There absolutely should have been two guides for both sections. Not sure why they did not utilize both guides for both parts. During the hike an older gentleman with a leg issue fell behind. Our group of 4 (family) stayed behind to help him get through the tough terrain. At one point the guide asked if we could stay together more and not stop to take pictures. He was clueless as to what was going on at the back of line (total 14 people). We continued to lag behind helping this man. I then caught up with the rest and told the guide none of us are stopping to take pictures and let him know the struggles of the man. He seemed concerned and said he should check on him but…he just stood there. I then went back to find my family and the man. Come to find out the man and his spouse got lost because we got too far ahead. My family found them a bit shaken but unharmed. We then caught up just as the guide was coming to look for us. There was some confusion amongst the group who thought it was my family that was holding up the group. They kept telling us to move to the front. We tried telling them it was not us and both the guide and other members of the group got stern with us. There was a bit of a confrontation and we told the guide there should have been 2 of them and that we were doing his job for him. Later the guide pulled one family member to the side and said he should never disrespect him in front of the group!!! This was completely uncalled for! If not for our family the gentleman struggling would have fell (we caught him at least twice) and he would have been lost, yet we were pinged as the bad people. I am writing this the day after our trip and all of us had a hard time sleeping due to being so bothered by how the guide handled this situation. As for the boat, we had one guide who was awesome!! Great personality and very informative. However, we were out in two boats and one boat had to use a guest to steer. You absolutely had to know what you were doing and thank goodness the guest did. Again, why were there not 2 guides this entire trip is beyond all of us! Unsafe, unsafe, unsafe!!!!

This was a great, moderate hike followed by a group canoeing (it was more of a raft) trip in a stunning location. I was very impressed by lunch - it included a variety of appetizers, wine, a filling meal, and dessert. This was a great, well-organized way to see a bit of Patagonia. Our guide was very helpful with his answers to our questions about the indigenous people and local history.

In general, everything was great. Specially the guide. Food, walk, views, everything great. That until I realized that somebody had STOLEN MY WIRELESS EARPHONES FROM MY BAG. I never leave my bag unattended. But for the CANOEING PART of the trip, we were asked to leave our BELONGINGS IN THE BUS, ever since there wasn’t space in the canoe or if something happened, it would all get wet. And so I did. One would think without any of the tourists in the bus and ONLY THE DRIVER it would be safe, but not the case. We were the last to be picked up, so we got the very front row of the bus, next to the drivers seat. And so, when we got back from the canoeing part and picked our stuff and were then dropped off at the hotel, I realized unpacking, that MY EARPHONES WERE GONE. I texted straight away, but they mentioned they didn’t “find” them. I then went to the POLICE and REPORTED the theft. If by any chance this also happened to you: REPORT. I know this seems like a waste of time, but it only takes 30 minutes and their company gets in the police register. One report might not be enough, but after several, something might happen. You need to report it in the 4th Police Station (the one with the National park jurisdiction). Search in google maps link: Provincial Police. Commissioner the 4th
