Overall this trip really worked. The bus down to Puno stopped at interesting places, the hotel in puno has a great location and I loved the lake tour - so interesting. The overnight bus back was surprisingly comfortable. All transport connections between activities were smooth with someone waiting to help me and make me feel looked after. Overall I would just have liked more information in advance. As this is not one single tour but rather a stitching together of other tours, I didn’t always know what was happening next and at what time. Once I figured out the contact number was a WhatsApp only number though they were very helpful and responsive to my questions. This tour great if you’re laid back and as it genuinely did all work very well. To be improved I think it would have been great to receive a more detailed itinerary with locations and detailed information on timings how logistics would work in advance. Overall though very good!

Te view was amazing. The coordination of the tour can improve. The second day after being on the tour from 7:00 am, it ends at 4:00 pm there is not place to take a shower.. The return bus leaves at 10:00 .

Lake Titicaca is the highest navigable lake in the world and this was a very unique experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and we had a very good experience during this whole trip. The islands made of reeds was very unique and the lifestyles of the people living there was quite something. During lunch, the climb to the top of the mountain was a little challenging especially at that altitude, but it was still fun. It was very encouraging to see some of the local seniors dancing with so much vigor and everyone of the visitors joined i, it was a lot of entertainment for everyone. The food was good. Overall it was a very nice experience.

I booked this trip a month in advance. I filled out all the information necessary for the trip. I got out of bed at 3 AM to be ready for a 6 AM pick up. I was outside in the cold weeding at 5:30 AM. They never showed up. I jump through hoops to try to find what was going on and found out that they had no idea where I was. They sent me an email the night before, but I was on vacation and in bed sleeping, so I had no idea that they sent me an email. They claimed they didn’t know where I was. My hotel information and my cell phone number were both on the reservation. I confirmed this with Viator! I would never use this organization, they almost destroyed my vacation with their lack of professionalism! Do not use them, they will leave you standing in the cold!

This is a must do trip. Lake Titicaca with the Uros Islands and Taquile Island are breathtaking and unique. The habitants of the islands are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The transfer from Cuzco to Puno was smooth, they took care of everything, especially Américo the travel agent he’s the best, he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was memorable. Will definitely recommend.

Local tour organization was excellent BUT Viator internet information has plus and minus points: The accommodation information in the Viator page should be more clear. İt is minus point. Due to this missing information the local tour agent stayed in bad position!! In Viator info page, only one free lunch was mentioned BUT there was 2nd free lunch at Taquila İsland. This was plus point. My last comment is that: By buying this tour , Viator sent me a message that I gained $30 discount if I buy a tour which cost more than $150. BUT I COULD NOT MANAGE IT ALTHOUGH I TRIED MANY TIMES ,ALTHOUGH I CORRESPONDENTED MANY TIMES WITH VIATOR !!!!

The floating islands of the Uros is a very important attraction on Lake Titicaca but even more so is the island of Taquile, a charm for the eyes and for all the senses, it is like moving to another era, breathing fresh air and enjoying those crystalline landscapes

Experience was incredible. Our guide, Manuel, was good. However, Viator was not good. Didn’t communicate with us about what to expect besides the basic events of the day. Forgot to pick us up at the bus station. Had to text to get information about pick up time in the morning. Everything outside of being on the lake, seemed very disorganized for the amount of money we paid.

This was a good tour, it was 2 days long and nice. We did not like the tour guide on our first day. She spent a lot of time talking about chakras and numerology and aliens when we were really more interested in learning about the history of some of these places we were going to. Lake Titicaca was super unique but it did feel a bit staged. Even the children on the island are in on the 'tourist game' and will squeeze up to you as you're sitting down and ask you to take a picture with them - and then ask you for money. After you come back from your boat ride, a local will grab you physically by the hand and take you into their house where they show you what goods they make and prompt you to buy something. It makes the staging scenario a bit better when you just remind yourself that this is meant to show you how people 'used to live' and people do no live on the islands today. Overall it was a good experience.
