The driver was professional and polite. He met us at the customs exit and walked us to the van. He handled our luggage with care when he loaded and unloaded. It was extremely helpful and comforting to not have to worry about transportation after our long flight. We would definitely book this private transportation company again.

The driver was early. And he dropped me off on time. Those were the only positives. The driver was on his phone (texting, looking at pictures, scrolling) MANY times during the drive. He was also sick, and coughing and sneezing the whole time without a mask. I’m shocked he didn’t get into an accident with the cell phone usage (which, by the way, is illegal in Japan)
