Before leaving for Segovia, we will visit a "damasquinado" workshop where you can learn about this type of craftsmanship, typical of Toledo and visible only in this place in the whole world. You will see how they make a sword and also have some time to discover some special pieces like the ones from "Game of Thrones"

Enjoy the roman architecture and get to know all the secrets that hide this important city. We will spend around 3 hours here having a 1 hour guided tour, 2 hours free time

This impressive roman construction would be the first thing that we get to see in the city of Segovia. Before we start to walk through the city on our way to the Alcazar, you will have 1 hour free time to have lunch and taste some typical dishes

Ávila is known for its intact medieval walls, with more than 80 semi-circular crenelated towers and 9 gates, including the arched El Alcázar.

Located on the outskirts of the city, the Mirador de los Cuatro Postes offers one of the best panoramic views of the wall and the entire historic center of Ávila.

The Plaza del Mercado Chico, the main square of Ávila, is located in the center of the city, inside the walls. It is a rectangular square with arcades on three of its sides and opposite the church of San Juan Bautista, on the side without arcades.

My wife and I booked the excursion with the inclusion to Avila. The night before the tour, we received a message that the Avila portion of the trip was cancelled, but we would receive a partial refund. It's been a week, and we have still not been refunded nor contacted about the refund. I have reached out to the company by text, through their app, and through Viator. There is absolutely no communication from them.
The trip itself is okay, but you can enjoy it more by renting a car or taking a bus to the individual cities. I do NOT recommend taking a tour with this company.

Our tour guide Khan was amazing, his detail of knowledge in both cities was impressive and his humour made the long day feel less tiresome. Would definitely recommend this tour, very well organised and looked after, the tour for both cities didn’t feel rushed. We had plenty of time in Segovia to have lunch and walk around before our meeting time.

Too much in one day. Tour guide was not using a radio and was difficult to hear. Also walking very fast and difficult to keep up with. Not an enjoyable day.

This trip was really worthwhile. We saw a lot & it was very well organised. Our guide Khan was fantastic, very knowledgeable & enthusiastic & taking care of everyone. The bus driver Julio was also great. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the trip to the sword factory but it was only 30 minutes.

It's a great tour if you want to have seen Toledo, Segovia and Avilla in one day. Having said that I don't think it's worth it depending on what you like.
The tour is 12-13h long. Half of that you will sit in the bus going from place to place (1h to Toledo, 2h to Segovia, 1h30 to Avilla and 1h30 to Madrid). There's nothing the tour can do about the travel times, just know that you will spend 6h in the bus. When visiting the places you will rush trough them with a quick walking tour and basically no time to explore yourself. Again, the tour can't slow down time and there's only so many hours in the day. I think it would be better to organize a tour of just 2 stops over the whole 13h instead of 3. For €100/a person I would have liked to spend more time visiting than in a bus.
The tour itself was also chaotically organized (hence 3 instead of 4 stars). We received to messages to be there 10 minutes before departure (7:45), we were there at 7:25 with 0 guides in sight. A few buses where already there but there was no-one who could tell us on which bus we had to go until 7:45 when our guide arrived. It would have been better if the busses were at least labelled in front. We had to be there at 7:35 but left at 8:15.
The tour itself is mixed with Spanish and English speakers. Would it have been just English or Spanish a lot of time would have been saved I think, but max profits dictate otherwise.
The guide however was great and did the best to his ability given that he was pretty much on his own at times. I do hope they pay him well, because without him the tour would have been awefull.

Great day tour to Toledo and Segovia with bus driver Julian and tour guide Khan! Khan was very informative and knowledgeable, and made the tour fun with his jokes and lighthearted humour! Would highly recommend this tour!

Khan was an amazing guide. He was informative, enthusiastic, entertaining and one of the best guides we have had. He guided us at a healthy pace through Toledo and Segovia and gave us the best history about Spain and the the towns.
